Gas BBQ

My boyfriend loves my gas bbq, especially the thermometer sensor on the cover. It was a homebase one that I bought last year, Fiesta I think

I'd like to buy him, as a surprise, a smaller gas bbq for his flat in North Wales. Unfortunately it seems that the thermometer sensor on the cover is the thing that really turns him on and I am struggling to find one under £100 with a thermometer (preferably online).

Can anyone recommend one that they have or seen, or can you recommend a standalone thermometer that can be used on gas BBQs

I dont know if this is of any use to you but we have just bought the Thermos grill 2 go from our local focus diy store.
They had it reduced to £97.99.
We got it mainly as it folds nice any neatly for the caravan, but after using it, it is also now going to be our main cooker for the garden.
It will grill your steak, burgers, sauseges etc, cook eggs, do stir fry`s, vegetables.
My favorite buy so far this year.

I had a look a Focus morning and found a possible option. Also your post reminded me to check out ebay !
