Info On Business Mortgages

Hi.
I think that my parents and I will be looking for a small business to buy. To do this, we would be looking for a business mortgage, and so i came here to seek the advice of the sages!.
Can anyone recommend anything better than huge lists from Google, or the findit search engine here?.
Have any of you organised a business mortgage?. We would be looking to borrow £750,000 or more, and i've done the Google thing. I'm looking for personal reccomendations or stories really.
