They've just sent my to my hotmail and when I had a peek it tells you to print straight away as it cant be viewed twice! I couldnt print as I'm not connected on the laptop and when I looked again it says the voucher has now been used and cant be printed again. I'll be on to customer services tomorrow but in the meantime Beware. Only open it if you can print.

Thanks very much - that's my children happy! I know, I know ... but at 16 and 20 I can't exactly stand in front of them during their lunch hour, can I?!

ps I printed off 4 sets of 2 vouchers - one a week each. If you set the print amount before you press Print it will print multiples, saves one thumping head against table when dial up goes off mid-print download and you lose the voucher!

If you can't print it then/there, press PrintScreen, open Paint, Paste, save it, print it later.
