Help completing Which? template for endowment misselling

Hi
I need some advice regarding the Which? endowment misselling letter template. The template asks for the details of the company who sold the endowment but although my endowment was sold by Provident Mutual the company that now holds my endowment is Norwich Union as PM were sold on to NU a number of years ago. Who do i reference PM or NU. Also does anyone have any experience with misselling claims against PM / NU ?. My endowment was purchased in Aug /Sept 1987 directly from a PM salesman who assured me it would pay off my mortgage and provide a profit - do i have grounds to complain and am i likely to succeed?

Norwich Union should be the company in reference.
As to whether you succeed in your complaint will depend on whether the PM advisor documented accurately that risk was discussed and repayment mortgage and repayment mortgage were discussed and quoted.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
I wouldnt worry too much about detail on the Which form. When you send it to your endowment provider asking them to investigate your claim, they will send you their own form to fill in, asking for the same information.
