Household notebook help needed

I'm seriously considering taking up the massive task of creating a household notebook for our family of five. Can anyone point me in the direction of some decent ready to print forms like those at http://organizedhome.com, but aimed for British people, meaning without the Americanisms such as cell phone / page, physician, etc please? I know it's not a massive problem, but it still bugs me enough that I'll probably end up creating my own if I can't find any online.

Also, what do others with them put inside other than the usual contact details, to-do lists, calenders, rotas, recipes etc? I'm thinking of more imaginative ideas.
