CEO or similar at Boots please?

Hi everyone,

To cut a long story short, I placed an order with boots.com which I haven't received. It is now nearly 2 months later, and although the money was taken from me ages ago, and I've emailed and emailed, still nothing is sorted.

About 2 weeks ago I had an email asking if I still wanted the order or a refund, I said the order, and they said they'd arrange delivery. Still nothing.

I am at a loss as the usual Customer Service (if you can call it that) route is not working. Does anyone know the name and contact details for someone high up at Boots such as the CEO or MD or whatever?

This is whom I have been recommended to write to regarding my problems with Boots and their impossible-to-read Advantage Points, hth *Although I've not done so yet, as I cannot fathom out how to write the letter SENSIBLY without it soudning whingy or just after a free lunch*

Im sure companies house has a website, go there look up Boots and that should tell you all you need to know!

Companies house also lists their telephone numbers which is great when unhelpful staff tell you that they dont have a number for their head offfice!

Richard Baker is the Chief Executive of Boots.There was an article about him in one of the Sundays!!!
