Terms and Conditions for The Shakespeare Secret Prize Draw
1. No purchase necessary to enter this prize draw. Please enter your name, email and address in the spaces provided and click submit.

2. The prize is to win ONE two-night holiday at Ettington Park Hotel, Warwickshire. The prize includes bed and breakfast only, based on two people sharing a double or twin room. The prize includes free tickets to a performance in Stratford-upon-Avon by the Royal Shakespeare Company, and tickets to visit the five Shakespeare Houses, including Shakespeare's Birthplace and Anne Hathaway's Cottage. The prize is subject to hotel and RSC performance availability. It should be taken by the end of November 2008

3. The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over except employees of Little, Brown Book Group, or Shakespeare Country their families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw.

4. Only one entry per person allowed. Second or subsequent entries will be disqualified. Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk.

5. Entries must be received on or before the closing date of February 8th 2008 11.59pm GMT. Little, Brown Book Group is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed.

6. Little, Brown Book Group reserves the right to substitute a different holiday subject to availability and/or amend the specification of the prize, although every effort will be made to provide prizes of similar quality and value.

7. Little, Brown Book Group and Shakespeare Country reserve the right to amend any of the holiday itinerary subject to availability at the time of booking.

8. The prize does not include transportation to or from the hotel or any other costs. The holiday is for two people sharing throughout. If the winner requires separate rooms, the additional room and ANY single room supplements will be at his/her own or their guest's expense. Full details of the prize and location will be made available to the winner.

9. Holiday insurance will be at the entire responsibility of the prize winner, as will information pertaining to any relevant health care during the prize holiday. Little, Brown Book Group or Shakespeare Country will not be liable for any loss or damage that occurs during or arising out of the holiday, which will be subject to any terms and conditions provided by a third party travel provider.

10. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.

11. The winner will be picked randomly by an employee of Little, Brown Book Group from the eligible list of entrants to The Shakespeare Secret Prize Draw.
