Took a while to find it - NOT in S Mag with A Titmarsh's bit - but page 58 of the paper itself.

Correction to the "WORTH" - only £19.95 (cover) or £19.65 (details on page 58)

SADLY it's £5.95 P&P

Basically it is a 12 inch hanging basket and 5 packets of seeds (Alan Tit's special hanging basket selection or something like that)
NO MENTION (that I could see) of a liner or compost.

And it is from Sutton's Seeds - applications by 31st Jan for Feb/March delivery
