FC you have said all that I have felt about this place and more.
I honestly don't think that when people take the time out to post a message in a newbies thread they realise the potential impact it can have on they way the newbie feels, which is what makes it even MORE special, they don't know these people but they do it anyway, all strangers in a boat, its marvellous it really is.
I will never be able to thank the forum enough, words will never convey just how much it has done for me.
May it last forever, and ever AMEN0 -

That's a lovely post, thanks.
I think this is an amazing site, and have made some genuine friends here, who in many cases have become 'real life' friends too. Not sure how I ever managed without it!

Hey thanks for that. It's always good to hear the positives. I've been having a bad day today and it's posts like that that remind me why I hang around on here so much. If I can help anybody in a tiny way and maybe someday when I get stuck someone will help me. I'd like to think I've been on here long enough I'm not going to get in a mess but I know it ain't that easy
. I'm trying to pay 100 off my student overdraft a month on a salary of 720 a month - well I was until I quit my job (too much stress- making me ill) and I really want to pay off more than that so any positive vibes much appreciated it's always great to hear positive stories to spur you on.
Making my money go further with MSE :j

Great to know that we do make a differance NTSI - all to often you post a reply to a "help" post, get no response or even worse the person disappears which is a worry for those of us who really DO care about people who come on here. Like others I dont know what I would have done without MSE & am now an MSE bore - as opposed to just a normal one!! I've told everyone about MSE & my mum laughed at me chatting to "the girls" over Christmas!! Great to see yo having the courage to take control of your life! Well done & hugs for you!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

I hadnt thought of it from the angle that sometimes you dont get to hear how things are working out for the poster.
Well I am sorry for you lot to say, you will know exactly what's going on for me, get your tissues, the words bored and tears spring to mind ha ha
I have been bleating on about MSE to everyone who is within earshot for the last 2 weeks I'm driving them scatty and my mother has fallen in love with Martin Lewis after his show lol0 -
That is such a sweet thankyou. I have tears rolling down my face!0
