Fitted electric blanket for Ikea bed?

We have a king size Ikea bed with a "topper" on it. I bought a king size electric blanket which is fitted like a fitted sheet but its a terrible struggle to pull it over the mattress and topper. The Ikea bed is about 5'3" wide without the topper.
I have searched for a blanket to fit with no luck. If I get a super king size it will probably be too big as well as costing a fortune.
Anybody know where I can get one to fit?
We need a fitted one as my OH is a very restless sleeper and a tie-on blanket won't stay put.

Places like argos give you the measure ments, so go with that but maybe add a little extra.
Also, on this note (you have got me thinking about buying one now
)
Could anyone tell me if this is for a single bed or a double?
