hi, i seem to be in a right mess..

only 1 year ago i was debt free believe it or not , since then ive been through hell and back due to reasons beyond my control and not due to wasting cash.

i owe about £50,000 sounds alot but i have the following

combined income of £38000 + £16000 total £54000 ( although the wife is on maternity arhhh)

i have 2 houses - 1 has 30k equaty and the other about 5k negative

my problem is how to clear it all. ive tried re mortgage and all loans but my credit file is bad due to me moving about as im in the military. i have not missed any payments.

i dont know what to do or who will give me a laon

my plan was to get 50k over 5 years at say £1200 a month...easy you would think but i cant find anyone

can anly one help with an answer please. i hate the idea of an IVA

First things first. See the thread here for newbies. People will need to see your SOA, so get all your bills together and work one out.
