Advice on new build council tax banding

Can anyone advice if i should contest my council tax banding.
i live in scotland in a small new build estate, i have checked all my neighbours banding to the house type which match ours and being a new estate there are no long term list of house prices apart from the buiders selling price.
we bought our house for £235000 last sept and checking with nationwide price checker it values our house in 1991 at £68453 which should be in band E, we are getting billed for band F. this is the only source we have this info,
will this alone be enough to challenge the decision?
