Scam National Lottery 180 Day results checker

The on line national lottery results checker says its going to check 180 days but it only checks 1 day. I have just found this out. It used to check all 180 days about a year ago I think, but it doesn’t. Camelot and the body who look over the lottery think its no big deal. Unfortunately it is as there are thousands of people out there like me who have been checking their tickets on line once a month or so thinking its checking the full 180 days then getting rid of the ticket little did we know that its only giving us the result for one day. Any one elss experienced this? I you want my money saving advice

Lootery - good word for it
Not sure you are right about what it checks though - I put in a winning line for several months back and it found it on the 180 day option but not on the others.0 -
I came across a web site that checked your number for every lottery draw since it started. It also told you how much you would have spent if you'd played that number for every draw and how much you would have won.
Unfortunately I didn't bookmark it and have never found it again.0 -
That would be a good web site ill have a look for that on google. As for the 180 day checker it does only check one day. at the bottom it says if you want to check any other days put in another date.0

Try here but change it from Last Week to scan from When Lottery Started.

Thanks for that link. The site will check numbers from the start of the lottery but doesn't add up your winnings or what you would have spent by putting those numbers on since the lottery started. Still a good site tho'0 -
I like this site but it hasn't been updated since 2001.If it’s not important to you, don’t consume it0

It doesn't just 'check one day'. It checks - or rather starts checking - with the most recent draw and works back. If it gets to the end of the 180 days and has found nothing it will tell you so. Accurately.
If it finds something:
if you are using the single line version it will carry on checking and at the end tell you all the winning days
if you are using the multi-line version it will stop checking at that day and report your win to you, inviting you to continue if you wish.
Really not a scam. Maybe not as user friendly as it could be, but that doesn't make it a scam0 -

"To check just 1 line of numbers against more than 1 draw, use our Single-line Results Checker". This opens a new window and does check results for up to 180 days.".....where it is corrupt, purge it....."0 -
Thanks for the other lottery checker.
You see I have done the same numbers from day one and I check my numbers on the lottery site every month or so. It used to show me if id won in the 180 days. But it changed I thought it was still checking 180 days but it was only checking one day. After 8 emails to Camelot they admitted it only checks one day even though it used to check 180 days. This weekend I came across another person who also thought it was checking 180 days. They may have won and have no way of proving it now. It is a scam.
Thanks Nigel0 -
so basically if you're local council ever decides to make a street one way in your town you'll be expecting a personally delivered letter telling you of thise so you don't have to check whether anything has changed since you last used it?
Whilst Camelot could have emailed people about the change(who knows maybe they did but didn't put instructions that the email was compulsory to read?), there is still no reason not to assume that websites won't ever change, the user still has their part to play, like reading the T&C's etc.0
