Terms & Conditions

1 - Closing date is 15th February 2008.
2 - Open to Great Britain residents, with exception of employees of the promoter and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
3 - Minimum age for entry is 18 years.
4 - Entry will be taken as acceptance of these terms and conditions
5 - Entry to this prize draw is via the STA Travel website. Late, unintelligible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6 - The Prize is a holiday to Las Vegas for 4 people and includes return economy flights from London to Las Vegas for 4 people, 3 nights accommodation at the MGM Grand hotel for 4 people (4 people sharing one room), includes breakfast, return limousine transfers to and from airport in Las Vegas, All Day Stratosphere Pass for 4 people, Nevada ATV Off-Road Desert Adventure for 4 people, comprehensive travel insurance, $200.00 towards travel or spending money and one digital camera.
7 - Date restrictions apply for travel. It is the Winners' responsibility to obtain valid US visa. Passports valid for 6 months are required.
8 - For all prizes, no substitutions or cash alternatives in whole or in part are allowed and the prizes are not transferable.
9 - Runner's Up Prizes will be delivered within 28 days of each draw taking place.
10 - Prize winners will be contacted by email within 72 hours of the draw taking place.
11 - Winners will be required to participate in any publicity.
12 - Winners' names and counties will be available between 25th February and 7th March. Please send in an SAE to Superbad STA Travel Winners, c/o Michelle Noë, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Ltd, 25 Golden Square, London, W1F 9LU.
13 - Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof.
