I am preparing to surrender a useless endowment policy which I no longer need.
Can anyone provide advice as to the best place/ broker to go to get the best possible price for this on the second hand market.

This is a 'facile' suggestion [more of a poser really] so apologies in advance, but what about putting it on eBay?
