How do I dispute this debt?

Hi, I need a bit of help please. Basicaly RBS have passed my overdraft (£940) was (£2500 this time last year) from their collections dept. to the recovery dept.
However; the £940 I owe them adds up to about 90% of the charges that they owe me :mad: So do you reckon I can dispute this debt, and if so, how do I do it?

It depends if they have said they will pay you the charges back. If they havent said they will, then I dont think you can dispute just yet.
If they have said they will pay you back x amount then you can probably call them and ask them to put it against the debt?
I may be wrong.
