Toys R Us seem to be almost giving stuff away...

I've been to Toys R Us and they have loads of stuff for just ridiculous prices. I got a Tomy Road & Rail Bridge that has the road cut through, usually £10 and they were 20p, some Lunar Jim skates, 20p, they had footballs for 10p, bits of this and that in baskets at the tills for 10p, I got a dolls house for DD and it was just under £15 but I have got home and found it here: http://www.toysrus.co.uk/Product.aspx/TruHome/TruLearning/TRULearningTraditional06/TRULearningTraditionalWooden/453021?ref=Search Usually £130 but down to £80 on the website so I still feel I got an absolute bargain, I am stunned tbh, moreover that I got the Tomy bits for his Thomas R&R Set for 20p each and I went in specifically for the Tomy R&R as he broke some this afternoon.

Anyway, hope this helps someone they seem to be having a massive clearout of odds and ends and stuff with danaged boxes - this was in Stevenage.

The girl on the till told me that it was something the store manager was doing and not like the nationwide offers you get so maybe the stores have been told to clear out all the tatty carp - the boxes are a bit battered but who cares about boxes!! The stuff I have bought is all excellent, the dools house took about 2 hours to put together (hmmm... I thought it was going to be one of those open and close things but I am really impressed and so is DD - although it is HUGE! And it is over 4ft tall! But I am pleased I went as I got some good bits and peices. Ooh, and the lUna Jim slates have these flashing lights on the front. DS loved them.

ny kids are way too old for this, but it is well worth knowing!!

Check out the shop before purchasing on the website!!

    What a bargain!!

I wish I had a kid that young. Then again??

I saw the lush post, but dont have the energy to shop on the high street. I tend to just do online now.

I work full time, I am studying too and we have, between us, 4 kids at home!!
