Bosch Washing Machine

Hi,

I am looking to replace our washing machine which is on its last legs. I am basically looking for the cheapest machine that is likely to last me a long time. From looking around I'm thinking this will be a low-end Bosch machine. Does anybody know of any particularly good deals at the moment? The best I've seen so far is around £260-£270 delivered. I'm wondering whether there is somewhere that I could pick up the machine to try and save on the postage costs?

We recently bought a Bosch washing machine from ebay, from a supplier of 'graded' white goods. It's a bit scratched and battered on the sides, but you really don't see it and the machine came with the Bosch standard guarantee. I think we paid about £250 in total, with about £25 of that being delivery charges. The machine is fine so if you're looking for a bargain have a look for a graded item, and if you're able to collect then it'll be even cheaper.

The best I have found so far is WAA28161GB for £254.91 delivered from HyperEshop.com.

Anyone have any ideas if I could beat that? The delivery on that machine is £30, so I was wondering if somewhere else might be able to do it for a bit cheaper - especially if I could pick it up. I have no problem with buying a return/ex-display, etc. but the only place I've found so far is clearance comet, and everything there is done by auctions and the bosch seem popular.
