Just looking in argos sale to buy new pans as I only have 2 small saucepans.
I also need casserole dishes.
They have a set of 14 pans 2 of them are stainless steel casseroles, does anyone know if I can use these in the oven as well as on the hob? I'm presuming I can as they are casseroles but wanted to check. Thanks.

You need to check what it says on the item details. It should have a list of symbols telling you whether they're gas/electric suitable and if they can go in the oven or under the grill. I think sometimes it depends on the handle.May all your dots fall silently to the ground.0

Hi I just had a look at Argos and if its the Morphy Richards pans just under £50 although they look like they might be oven suitable it only says they are suitable for on the hob cooking... and as they have glass lids (although they have metal handles) maybe its not worth the risk although it may have more info on the actual box...#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j
