Can anybody make use of train tickets from Glasgow to Blackpool for family of four

I wasn't really sure where to post this. I have posted it in the "Travel" Board but hopefully if you click Here it should take you to that thread.

Basically my travel plans have changed and I have tickets for two adults and two children to go to Blackpool on 23rd July.

Can anybody use them?
