wrong forum.......and what are you doing even contemplating buying these for a little girl? totally irresponsible, wearing any contact lenses make you prone to some serious eye conditions and infections some of which can lead to blindness

I wouldn't really recomend these cosmetic ones - i had some a few years ago and had to return them the next day as they has a tear in them. The next ones i got were perfect but were shear agony to wear. Your eyes water so much and they cause so much irritation. Had to throw them away in the end. Really not worth buying them as they will cause more damage than neccesary.

Where in the OP does it say she is a little girl or a child?
She could be 16, 18 or 21 for all anybody knows.
By all means have an opinion on contact lenses, but make sure you have all the facts before making assumptions about the OP.

Obviously none of you know how to properly use contact lenses from the comments.

I've worn them for over 20 years don't believe all the comments.

I think the bit about pestering her "MY DAUGHTER KEEPS PESTERING ME" Implies its a minor.

Also this is not a grabbit the clue is in the title of this forum " Quick! Grabbit while you can" so please try and post in right forum

I agree with the comments - if she's not old enough to pay for and care for them herself then she isn't old enough to use them really.

The reputable cosmetic lenses are made by the same companies who make prescription lenses (they are just printed on the outside and repacked), so either you had a dodgy brand, or the solution was different. Do you normally wear lenses? If not then I'm not suprised you had issues wearing them.

    True

Are all sons and daughters minors then? Haven't any parents bought stuff for their 16 or 17 year olds?

If she is indeed a minor, get over it, and I don't mean that in a nasty way, this is 2008 and kids grow up much more quickly these days. Some of the stuff you can get for kids would make an adult blush years ago!
