Hi, I think this is normal, the chances of winning a competition must be many 1000s to 1. This is even more true if some one publishes all the answers on this site.

Apologies if this has been asked already, CD Wow........ do you get 50 points per item? Or per order...? Maybe i'm over analysing it but it seems to say firstly that it's with every item, then every purchase, which could be more than 1 item. Wondered if anyone had done any shopping and could confirm?

The Quiz answers, CT's, crosswords, extra point offers etc..... have always been posted here, its what this thread is all about, its a great wee community here so don't come on and stick your oar in;)

A quick question

Occassionally I try to answer the comp questions myself but often get the answer wrong. When I do get it wrong I get another chance to answer it correctly. Do I still have the same chance of winning if I get it right on my 2nd attempt?

Can anyone vaguely remember when the points for that Twelve Days of Christmas thing were going to be dished out? I have an inkling that it was the end of January but can't quite remember. Oh and also was it going to be ten winners for that?

I wonder if Curly will forget about them.

Just copied over a post I did at the beginning of the month for the Bonanza Week points. These were the conditions.

PiggyPoints will be credited at the end of January
Bonanza Week will run between the 7th-13th January 2008
Members will receive 1 PiggyPoint per day only
Members must visit the homepage to qualify for PiggyPoints
PiggyPoints cannot be exchanged for cash
This offer is due to expire on Jan 14, 2008

So according to Pigsback's own conditions the points should be in our accounts today. Mine aren't in yet, but what with the lack of CTs (my last one was last week) I don't really expect to get them.

whats normal is its a quiz and you got to be in it to win it but your not guaranteed a win.. yes some people have won the quizes but some have been doing them for years and never won any.. just keep entering and wait and see..

yes you have the same chance as it only accepts the winning answer so no matter how many times you get it wrong it will only be accepted if it says correct you have been entered.. but keep in mind the occasional quiz doesnt give you this choice and if your wrong you dont get a 2nd chance
