Completely agree - until the 'new' website I'd been really happy with Pigsback. I bought £63 worth of stuff from The White Company via Pigsback link at Christmas and now they have - no record of the transaction. I've even mailed the screenshot of the original order that shows the 10% discount from going via Pb but no - still no points. Any advice gratefully received as I can't think how to argue this and they clearly don't give a stuff that so many people are fed up with not getting their points.:mad:

hi, can someone tell me how the ebay piggy points work? do i need to visit ebay through the pigsback site? and then bid and buy as normal? will the points be credited automatically or do i need to do anything else?? thanks for any help !!
