    Hi, can someone help me

Last year pigsback closed my account with £45ish of rewards in as apparently I had duplicate account. Now the one account was my brothers, diff name, address etc so they agreed to re-open his. The other account was for my old email a ddress and I hadnt used this pigsback account for 2 yrs + and according to their terms this classed the account as closed.

Ive emailed and emailed and they wont reopen my account or issue my fairly earned rewards! Im really anoyed as theyve told me to open a new account which I have done but surely this is against their terms as thats another account in my name?

I dont get how they close my account for having another account with them and then tell me I can open another but not have this account reopened.

although unfair they have stated that if the account isnt used in 2 years it will be closed.. why didnt you fight for this before now .. if they closed my account for an unfair reason i would hound them till i got my points.. they are letting you open another account because it will be your one and only as they other one is closed.. I dont forsee them reopening your other account but this is also another reason i dont let my points build up to that amount as pigsback a law unto themselves and i would hate to lose my well earned:rolleyes: points

    Hi,

just seen on Quidco you can get £20 for a e-saver account with a&l, on pigsback it shows as 5000 points, has anyone got any points for this, as I would rather take out with pigsback than quidco. but cant get any more info on the offer on the pigsback site, and wanted to know if anyone has got points and if so for which savings account through A&L.

    thanks

    Hi,

I just noticed my account went up by about 3000 points, but could not log in to my piggbank to see what was happening. - this has been reported on pigsback many times by members.

This happened to me because for the first time ever I deleted my cookies, i then opened a new ie and went to pigsback and I was still logged in with this mystery amount on my account(3620 points), I then logged out and then logged back in writing a new cookie to my system and my points were back to normal.

It seems this caused it, and all you need to do is log out and log back in and your points balance should be back to the correct amount, hope this helps some people or makes sense.
