Hey all! :hello: - has anyone got their uSwitch water piggypoints from Novemember yet? I done it on 5th Nov and still nothing. Have emailed and every tie they respond telling me that Novembers list still hasnt come through from uSwitch. Well 6 weeks ey? Has been more like 10 and still no sign. :mad:

Did you actually switch?....

I dont think they are giving out points just for ordering the water saving device anymore

Funny you should say that .... it was my bday on Friday and I didn't receive any points. When I looked at my subscriptions my birthday e-mail box was unticked..... and it was definitely ticked before.:mad: Curiouser and curiouser!

6 weeks 10 weeks for uswitch thats early last time think it was more like 4, 5 or 6 months later when i got my points

I cant remember what they were but i signed up for both of the offers, got the phonecalls emails etc from the water company, etc. It was back in november and they were offering the piggypoints for the water saving device back then so i am deffinately eligible. I have sent them the confirmation email too. On the click through at the time it offered pigspoints for both things but i'm just expectting one lot even though im eligible for both i suppose. Just getting annoyed because everything like this that i have signed up for , insurances and energy switch overs i have had to chase and chase before getting anything. I wouldnt have done alot of the switchvers otherwise. Pigsback is really going downhill

ok, cos apparently there was a glitch, and people were getting points without actually switching, but I think uswitch got wise and from about november time they started only giving points out to people that actually switched to the new providers

thats the problem I had. There were a lot of sites I couldn't access via PB, eg Niquitin, Tesco home shopping etc. It was tradedoubler that was the problem. I had spybot installed and it blocked it every time. Finally decided to uninstall spybot as I have other security measures in place, and all is OK now.

Yup, even if you give them all the dates of everything they still say 'please wait 6 weeks for your points to be credited' even though it's been like 2 months or something. I wonder if they just have an automated system to start with and it's only after you've sent them a couple of emails that they actually start to read them!
