I am sooooooooooo fed up with them as I should have had nearly £85 worth of points added through my purchase of rail tickets via the SWtrains offer and they have credited and they said in response to my email that all points have been added now but they haven't given me mine. They were all to the SW and paid for and taken and I am so disappointed they have not honoured their part of the deal; is there anyway any kind person knows of that I can complain about this "higher" up??

I've had no problem getting all my SWT points - eventually - just forward your confirmation emails?

I have never had any, but my birthday is not until August.

i have emailed them 2 x about my birthday points from dec and still keep getting the same as you
