Have you tried to access your hotmail accounts? It may be that you have had your account hacked as I did a few weeks ago. The hacker changes your password to something you would never guess and changes your secret question so that you cannot re-set it. If you have an ebay account attached to that hotmail address I would check that too as I had 160 pairs Ugg boots listed under my name....
