i've just been robbed of 1000 points from PB.
I signed up for Jackpot Joy throught the PB site, deposited £10 as they requested and waited. 2 months later still no points so i question it with PB and they say they can't do anything without my confirmation email upon sign up from Jackpot Joy.
Even though my sign in name is my pigsback email! - proving that i signed up with the correct address!

What a pile of crud!
If it had been 50p or something i wouldn't be so bothered, but it's a tenner. And i followed all the correct procedures to qualify for them.

It sucks that in this day and age it's the consumer that is made responsible for the inefficiencies of the companies that are supposed to provide YOU a service. Maybe i'll hire out some of my hard drive as filing space to them. Idiots.
