hi i booked two tickets to exeter for a weekend away they were £250 odd from manchester, they did not track i have emailed pigsback who want confirmation but for some reason they mailed me to my googlemail address not my hotmail. my login details are in the hotmail address so i cant understand why they mailed me to my googlemail address what can i do to prove its mine and get my points:confused:
    HELP PLEASE

Oh dear. Are both Pigsback and your trainline accounts registered to Hotmail?
If not, although mine were the same email address, all I did was copy and paste the contents of the trains confirmation email into the email from Pigsback - they should be able to trace that the tickets were sent to your name and address.

There is a problem with points crediting though, although my transaction of last week is acknowledged, the points aren't credited yet - PB hope to sort out by the end of the week... fingers crossed!

Enjoy your w-e in Exeter - thats where I am!!!
  • Has anyone tried this? According to pigsback it is free to play. Just wondered if anyone has signed up and won any piggy points and if it is completely free.

Hi I had a similar problem (going to Exeter as well) and had different email addresses but pigsback and swt confirmed the transaction and the points were added (took a bit of time) all they seemed to need was the confirmation number that appears in the email.

Has anybody had any luck with Foxy Bingo? I signed up over a month ago and have mailed to find out where my points are. I have sent them screen shots but they are asking for a confimation e mail from Foxy which I never received. Did anybody else have a mailed confirmation? Has anybody had the points?

    Thanks

Like everyone else, I didn't get a confirmation e-mail but I did save a screenshot. I have been getting regular e-mails from Foxy bingo ever since.

At last John Lewis vouchers back in stock!! I've been waiting on these for a while. Once I've ordered my vouchers I have 0.42p piggy points in my account so I think I'm gonna have a break from PB and just wait for my OHs points to get to 1000 so he can order another JL voucher and maybe I'll get my referal points too! Fat chance by the sound of it!!!

To be honest though, for me PB is just too much hassle now.

Kneeby, I recently order some JL sofas online (after testing them instore of course!!) and ordered through Quidco. It tracked really quickly and was validated not long after. I got over £100 for that!! I'll be sticking with Quidco.:T

    Xmas Saver!
I did this and got the £5 credit, someone recently posted saying not to play with your own money as they don't pay out winnings to people in the UK, at least I think thats what was said.
i did this 1 to but never added my own money but i did get 5.00 to play with. with false advertising do you reckon we will get the 300 points?
have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving
