Are we officially boycotting the crossword now then since the prize has been removed :rotfl:
Nothing official! Just no point doing it. I've never done the Sudoku because there was no prize.

;) Wonder if pigsback will notice the downturn of entries:rotfl:

May make them reconsider, I know the only time I won it, it was called in my piggy bank the "Bewleys crossword", so was obviously sponsored at that time;)

Lets hope they find a new sponsor and reinstate the prize:T :T :T

Just emailed PB again re missing amazon points, it's now been over 2 months from date of despatch, not date of order!
i have just done the same.
i think will wait to get enough points for my next voucher and then call it quits with pigsback.
so fedup with having to chase up everything.
i am using quidco mostly now for my cashback as its its usually credited within a couple of days.
    thanks

I'm considering doing the same, I use quidco for most things but amazon isn't on quidco... Anyway, by the time I finally get enough points to get a £10 voucher I'll be retirement age (and I'm only 21!)
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

I remember looking at the Irish site many moons ago, and the crossword there was heavily sponsored. I don't think that the UK crossword has ever had sponsorship - there have been no ads on the crossword page. I can't find any reference to "Bewley's crossword" on the search engines.

Our normal crossword is now featured on the "Hot To Trot" rotating banner on the home page. Why bother?
