    They are the in-house solicitors fro Lloyds-TSB and pretty useless at responding to letters etc - even those sent recorded delivery that they have signed for and then deny receiving!!

    I would do nothing, do not phone them . They will never stop ringing you !
  • hey;
    I just did a quick Google on the number and it seems to be Lloyd's TSB's CC department/Debt Collection bit....?
    Does this make any sense? I'll try looking again online

    I should have know that if I'd looked at my creditors lol

    Prob about my loan and that my monthly payments will go down from next month as I have changed my budget (increased it actually) but with Payplan not getting my issue with First National (long story) all my payments will change.

    I have a BIG issue with First National which Payplan are doing nothing about just changing my balance for them to what is actually is and has been since may 2006. I wonder how many creditors will like a reduced payment.

    They also 'act' on behalf of BlackHorse Finance (Part of LTSB) and appear to have more registered offices than the Inland revenue. :mad: :mad:
    I am 'tempted to believe' that they are, in effect, no more than a 'mouse click' on the computer of the LTSB 'Collections' department.
    I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
    If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

    They are also the solicitors who also act(ed) for Lloyds-TSB in bank charges claims - from what I can gather they were famous no-showers.
