Cosmic dust???

I am doing party bags for my female adult friend's girly night out , I am looking to make 'cosmic dust' (she is into cosmic ordering :rolleyes: ) something that can be thrown at her for a joke , was thinking maybe reindeer food or can somebody suggest something please mind drew a blank

I have just remembered somewhere in my stash of stuff ,I have loads of star scatter confetti that I never used for DP's 40th birthday Birthday party maybe I could use that mixed with glitter or something
