Hiya Louise and Gill - the email addy I used was: ll@cwcomms.com however, that person has now left the organisation and the alternative emails are shown below.
Just send an email to lucy.grove@cwcomms.com OR elizabeth.lewis@cwcomms.com stating that your supermarket does not take these vouchers off the internet and ask them if they can send you some. I received mine within 2 weeks.
By the way, the sugar one does not scan at my local Tescos. I used my 10% one off at Peacocks today and bought some lovely Christmas presents for 2006 at bargain prices.
