Can you freeze hotdogs?

I've got a tin of hotdogs and I only need a couple, they're not the sort of food that'll get used up so can I freeze them? If so would it be better with or without the brine?

Thanks.

I have done this in the past, both the canned ones and the vacuum packed when they've been on BoGOF
