Hello everyone,
Has anyone any ideas for a healthy quick tea for me and my family tonight? DD is a vegetarian but we don't mind eating veggie either i just want ideas for a filling healthy tea we will all enjoy.

We're like that too. DD is vegi, made toad in the hole earlier in the week and a separate dish for her with quorn sausage[SIZE=-1]"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"[/SIZE]

OOps sorry about that! I have some dry spaghetti in and some tinned beans, it's shop day today but i am having to wait in for the gas man so i will shoot off as soon has he has been and get supplies. Got lots of herbs and spices, in fridge is bare at the moment so nothing to help there.

Fry chopped onions, mushrooms, peppers, celery (or whatever you have) in a non stick saucepan. Cook some short-cut pasta separately. When pasta is cooked, drain and add to the fried vegetable mixture and stir in lots of grated cheddar cheese until melted.0

I'd do that, but with eggs to make a pasta ommellette in a frying pan, add cheese and pop under the grill x0 -
