  • I am doing the course at the moment and have just done the debt chapter! It's great - teaches you about APRs, compound interest, inflation, mortgages, savings, pensions, income tax, everything that affects everyone is everday life really! I recommend it to all DFWs!

  • I reckon if they taught it in schools then the country wouldn't be in the midst of a debt crisis!

  • just heading out for an appointment with bank - thankfully not for me, DD is getting her account upgraded to a card cash one (scary) so going to have to have a bit of a chat with her about that when we get home.

Also got to post a couple of amazon parcels. Whats everyone up to? Any exciting plans for the weekend?

We are going out tomorrow angelflower - an old friend from college is coming to visit - haven't seen them for nearly 10 years! Really excited.

The only other interesting thing I will be doing is my food shopping. Oh no, tell a lie, I will be taking DD to ballet in the morning too.

  • Our band is auditioning a singer on sunday... and it'll be the first time we've played together in a studio since well before xmas so should be interesting! lol! Looking forward to it though. We recorded out first full track at home last week so it'll be our first chance to play it all together :D
