Got a letter from them yesterday, no dear sir / madam. Just dlc address and please contact this number as a matter of urgency in big letters across the middle.
I'm not sure if I should phone them to see what they want or to tell them I want everything in writing.0 -

What ever you do dont phone them, as your have no proof of the call and they can say you agreed to certain terms, just send them a letter by recorded delievery
basically stateing that any communication must be done inwriting, and that you have sent £1.00 for (x,y z the info you requestesd), you note that you have not recieved it
(if there is a time limit that they have to give you the info by) and remind them the date
There just trying to push you into agreeing to something without the actual info needed.
Good luck xxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
I've had the same problem with DLC -I just keep sending them a cheque for the original agreed amount and ignore any letters or phone calls.Mutual Supporters club member (Nov 2006)
