Good morning moneysavers,

Please can you advise if this is a good way to budget, its for my mum who is getting in a bit of trouble what with everything on the up?

Someone has suggested she pay by onebill as they take care of all her bills and she just makes one monthly payment? If anyone has any experience or advice I'd be grateful.
