Want an Amiga 600 for £20 or less

Want to buy an amiga 600 for £20 or less. I'd imagine postahe would kill off such a deal by post but I live in High Wycombe (Home of the mighty Wycombe Wanderers) and would be prepared to travel upto 50 miles to pick it up. I have got an amiga 500 plus up in ther loft with a nice swanky hard drive (well its my dads!!) and want to play all my old games again from the famous Sensible Soccer to the not so famous Super League Manager (great game, vastlu underated) I have tried so far

Ebay: Too expensive
Car Boots: None available although some scamp on a forum got one for £3!! from there
Local Ads\Classifieds:Another Blank

So I was hoping you guys could help. Must be a 600 due to me wanting it to fit under my telly. Tried emulators but they just aint the same. Feel free to turn rhisinto a misty eyed nostalgia fest about the "good old days" I will join in!!

Thanks again in advance

Plenty on Ebay and they seem to fit the bill of being under £20 with P&P although I guess there might be some last minute bidding to push the price out of reach. All you can do is to keep watching Ebay, the local paper, free-ads and car boots to see if you can get one for the right price. Also check supermarket or newsagents ad-boards and perhaps put out some 'wanted' adverts yourself.

I was the proud owner of an A1200 for almost 5 years in the nineties. I had a 4GB (yes FOUR!! Gosh!) 3.5" HD in mine, a Blizzard 50mhz accelerator and 32MB RAM, as well as two external 7-cd Nakamichi SCSI CD-changers. I used to run a BBS and was a fidonet mail node too. Used to love the old games, Sensible Soccer, Cannon Fodder, Chaos Engine and so on....those were the days....sniff....

Ahh the days of AmigaDOS, Workbench, AGA, true realtime multi-tasking and cold-to-working boot times of less than ten seconds....still reckon the Amiga was one of the greatest home computers ever built. Shame it was bastardised by a succession of companies who couldn't see the woods for the trees :(

Off to a car boot now, one finishing at 4 on eBay which hopefully I can pick up cheapish

Lots of games in the loft so I will be up there if successful

    EDIT 14.05
None at car boot, neither free ads papers - eBay it is then

This one went for just under £20 including P&P, bargain! Not many others on there currently, just a couple.
