2. Entrants must be 18 or over. One entry per person, no bulk or third party entries.

4. Closing date for entries is 17.00 GMT, 18th February 08. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost entries.
5. Entries can only be submitted via https://www.skye.co.uk.
6. There will be one winner who will receive the prize of three consecutive nights for two people in one of the Dunsgiath Luxury Apartments at Storr Lochs, Isle of Skye. Breakfast will be provided on each day for you to prepare at your own convenience. No pets and no smoking. If you have already booked a break at Dunsgiath between 18 Feb - 31 May 08 and you turn out to be the winner - the value of this competition prize would be deducted from your bill!
7. The prize must be booked within one month of the winner receiving notification and is valid until 31.05.08. The prize excludes 21 - 24th March 2008 and is subject to availability.
The winner will be responsible for arranging transport, spending money, insurance and meals, except breakfasts included within the prize. Any extra costs incurred will be paid by the winner in full and the promoters hold no responsibility for these.
8. The prize is as stated and not redeemable for cash. However, the promoter has the full and free right to alter the prize should circumstances change.
9. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries and notified either in writing or by telephone within two weeks of the close date of this draw.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
