Saw this leaflet in newspaper. 'From 11-13 January visit any London B&Q store to trade in a traditional light bulb for a Free long lasting, energy efficient bulb. See https://www.london.gov.uk/lightbulbs or text 'bulb followed by your full postcode to 62967'
Limited to 2 light bulbs per household, doesn't includ fluorescent strip lights, while stocks last etc etc...
