My husband and I contacted Payplan some time ago (they are great). They pay each of our creditors a set amount each month. Each of our creditors have accepted our situation and have agreed to accept the reduced payments and freeze interest and charges all except FIRST NATIONAL! They have bombarded us with telephone calls…

You have told them you will only talk to them in writing. They do not now have the right to contact you unless in writing. Next time ask for the persons name and say you are reporting them to the FSA for harrasment.
