https://www.play.com have 60gb versions of the ps3 for £349.
These are increasingly difficult to get now and are the only versions able to play ps1 and 2 games.
They also have 4 usb ports, memory card support and a few other features.
I struggled to find one at christmas so get them while you can

Thanks muchly for that. Hope I'm not TOO late for it tho! Trying for month to get one for my son and refusing to pay ebay prices! My order has gone thru when I placed it but do play.com have stuff stated as in stock when they've already run out? (like M&S)!! never shopped with them before.0

I doubt you will get them Play.com now, They don't even make them anymore so I have no idea how Play will get anymore instock.
Why does it matter about the backwards compatibility. No one after a few weeks ever goes back to playing the old games. Leave the good memories and move on to Resistance: Fall of Man or Call of Duty 4. :cool:"I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"

Phoned Play about my orders as they said "order taken" on my account. The guy said that they had them in for about an hour last night and they sold out!! None left and not getting any more. He just told me that they aren't making a 60gb one anymore and to look on sony's website as they're bringing an 80gb one out! Like i'm bothered about that. Going onto play now to cancel my orders. :mad:2008 comping challenge - offset your internet costs by winning on the web.
