I need some advice

I'd like to know if anyone knows whether or not i have a better chance of claiming my bank charges back as I'm 21 now and my first bank charge came through when I was 17. I had signed up to sky and BT when I was 16. The first charge was made when I had forgotten to leave the necessary funds in my account. I later received a couple more charges for the same reason before i was 18 (what can I say I was young). Any ideas?

Hiya, I don't think any bank charges are being refunded at the moment as the test case is underway. Not sure where you would stand with being under 18 though.
