First national – what should I do?

I have posted about this on a few threads but feel it needs it’s own.
I am on a DMP with Payplan and have been since March 2006. I have been paying First National a set amount from the start but have noticed that they are taking my money but my balance isn’t moving at all. I have a default with them and have had since May 2006.
Should I write to them asking them what is happening and telling them I’m stopping payment till everything is sorted out or should I phone them?
What should I do about the fact I’m in a DMP with them?

payplans response to this and me asking for them to up-date their figures:
As far as we can see here on your file, the First National debt when you started the plan was £667.18,
now the estimated remaining debt is £ 454.13, so this has been decreasing.
It has passed almost 2 years since you have joined the plan, in order for us to update your creditors,
we need to send them a revised financial statement.
If your circumstances have changed, could you please amend the Income & Expenditure in JustABank,
so we can send your creditors revised financial statements.
Why does me asking for my figures to be up-dated mean I need to do a review?0 -
Could they have sold on my debt? I haven't heard anything. But haven't heard anything from Payplan ever0
