Thinking of buying a health grill; is there any difference between non branded ones and the George Foreman?

I use to have a great Breville 'health grill' - it had removable panels so you could also make toasted sandwiches.. also made it easier to clean.
Look for ones with removable plate sections:

Why would there be any difference? They're mostly all the same design0 -
don't know if there's any difference, that's why i left the post.
Can't afford a one with removable plates, that's one of the reasons I was asking about differences as the non branded grills are loads cheaper in price.0 -
Right, i found it! It was morphy richards:

Removable plates for sandwiches and grilling (like George forman) but only 22.99:
edit: or 18.99 from Coop (free delivery) : http://www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk/products/ProductDetail.asp?ProductCode=MOR-PCR-44701-G
or 17.99 from random online shop : http://www.electrical123.com/products/ProductDetail.asp?ProductCode=MOR-PCR-44701-G&source=KELKOO0 -
