Hi,
I received a promotion this morning allowing 10% off until 18 July. However, their online system refuses to accept this. Does anyone have an alternative to their dreaded 0870 no. please? I've looked up the say no to 0870 site but sadly it's not there. Or does anyone have a different code pls? The one I have is 5000 but site states it has to be letters & numbers.

I don't see why I should pay that rate on a call because their site won't accept the code they've given me. Blooking cheek.
