    They're back again!!!!
    11 months after saying that they could not find my original credit agreement, Cabot have now found it. Can somebody please tell me where I stand as I origanally asked for this nearly 12 months ago.

    IF this is a real CCA, then they can now pursue you through the court, unfortunately.

    However, you need to get hold of NDL or post a copy of the alleged CCA up on the CAG website and ask someone to check it out.

    A lot are actually only application forms.

    Looks like the real deal :(
    Has got Credit Agreement Regulated By The Consumer Credit Act 1974 across the top. Also has the amounts, apr, time period and yours truly's signature on it but for some reason has a bar code and application form copied on it.
    I thought that if they don't reply within the 30 odd days that they are commiting an offence themselves???

    Cabot can now kiss my DONKEY. Statute barred is enough of a result, but the actions of the CABOT FAN CLUB have cost them far more than the paltry sums they were chasing us for. :beer:
