.. it is always worth emailing the manufacturer. tescos wouldn't take my printed kettle chips coupon for 25p because of "some kind of fraud" - I emailed kettle telling them this and they kindly posted me one and promised to takle it up with tesco. It is good to let the companies know their expensive promotions aren't working... rgds timswf

I have been told by various shops that they will be accepted ANYWHERE providing there is a valid email or website address clearly printed on the coupon OR if you write the website address on the back with your name, email address & either your address or telephone number.

My two local Tesco stores do not accept any internet vouchers at all - all the cashiers have been instructed to turn each voucher over to check that it has something on the back i.e. manufacturers printing or the back of a magazine where you cut it out. Tesco's head office state that it is at the descretion of the individual store manager. Looks like they were good whils they lasted!!

I agree about emailing the manufacturer though - the ones I've told have been pleased I've let them know about problems and posted real ones in the post.

Sounds like a lot of effort for small value coupons
