There are 3 prize draw dates in 2008. The first prize draw ends at 23:59 on 27th January 2008, the second prize draw ends at 23:59 on 3rd April 2008 and the third prize draw ends at 23:59 on 3rd July 2008. Draws will take place on 28th January 2008, 4th April 2008 and 4th July 2008.

iPod Competition - Rules, Terms and Conditions
1. The promoter is Stoke on Trent College. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.
2. Members of Stoke on Trent College staff and existing students are not eligible to apply.
3. The prize draw can be entered either by email, text or completing one of the prize draw forms.
4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries by any individual will result in disqualification from the competition.
5. The information received from entries will not be passed on to third parties.
6. There are 3 prize draw dates throughout 2007/8. The first prize draw ends at 23:59 on 27th January 2008, the second prize draw ends at 23:59 on 3rd April 2008 and the third prize draw ends at 23:59 on 3rd July 2008. All entries must be submitted by the closing date. Draws will take place on 28th January 2008, 4th April 2008 and 4th July 2008. The winners will be drawn by an independent person at random from the valid entries received. Winners will be notified by post, telephone, email or text within 10 days of the closing date. Details of the prize winners can be obtained by sending an SAE to Andrea Houghton, iPOD Competition, Stoke on Trent College, Cauldon Campus, Stoke Road, Shelton, ST4 2DG within 10 days of each of the draw dates.
7. For each prize draw, the first person selected will receive an iPOD. Second and third prizes of a £20 Potteries Shopping Centre voucher will be issued. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The college reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of an equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. If the prize is returned to the Stoke on Trent College after being sent to the winner and is not claimed within 7 days, the prize becomes void.
8. The results of the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prize winners must be prepared to take part in all publicity related to the promotion. This includes competition winners' names and/or photographs printed in Stoke on Trent College publications.
10. Stoke on Trent College accepts no responsibility for any defects, losses, or injuries arising from prizes.
11. The winner will be responsible for any additional costs incurred in taking advantage of their prize.
12. The image shown is for illustrative purposes only.
13. The college reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the competition, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the college's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the competition, as determined by the college in its sole discretion.
